Bungalows for hotel accommodation located in Zvánovice, near the town of Ondřejov. The bungalows are simple rectangular structures measuring 4.4 x approx. 7m and are situated adjacent to each other in two rows, with each row containing eight structures. Besides these two rows, there are three separate buildings in the complex. The buildings are of wood construction using the Platform Frame column system.

Comprehensive renovation of an existing building, its conversion into a hotel and operational connection to the neighbouring Grandhotel building. During the renovation, steel with a wood beam was used to replace the inadequate wood-joist ceilings. The existing roof was rebuilt (bracing) and the layout of the attic space was modified to create more open space. The building’s walls were secured with steel rods. An elevator was installed in the building, which is located in a historical landmark zone.
